As Mindful Money has continued to develop, I have spent a lot of time thinking about how to explain the business to people who may be hearing about it for the first time. Creating a publicity kit gave me the opportunity to bring those ideas together in one place and present the business in a more complete and professional way.

The finished kit includes information about the purpose of Mindful Money, the clients I hope to serve, the services I plan to offer, and my background as the founder. I also created a press release and researched media members and industry professionals whose work connects with personal finance, entrepreneurship, homeownership, and financial wellness.

One of the biggest things I learned from this project was that promoting a business requires more than simply describing what it does. The message also needs to explain why the business matters and what makes it different. For Mindful Money, that difference is the combination of financial knowledge and personalized, judgment-free support. The goal is to help people understand their financial situation and take realistic steps forward without making the process feel more complicated than it needs to be.

The project also made me think more carefully about the future of the business. My next steps are to finalize the coaching packages, pricing, and client experience while continuing to create practical financial resources. Over time, I would like Mindful Money to grow beyond individual coaching by offering workshops, online content, and tools that make financial guidance more accessible. Completing this project helped Mindful Money feel less like an idea and more like a business that is beginning to take shape.
